In our approach to design furniture from industrial waste and limit the use of new resources, it seems obvious to make these objects as sustainable as possible. This is why we are committed to intervening to repair or exchange products over a period of 10 years from the delivery date.

 

Conditions of this service

This service relates to the maximum furniture correctly installed, used and maintained by the buyer. This does not cover the following reasons: the damage caused by inadequate uses, by voluntary accidents or deterioration, by transport or falls, by unsuitable cleaning products, by sharp or cutting objects that damage the materials.

If the maximum object needs to be repaired for the reasons mentioned above, we will be delighted to help you and share our tips for repairing. We will study your request with the greatest care. If the repair to be made is important, we will send you a quote. In this context, repair and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Repair or exchange service

Maximum undertakes to carry out repairs as soon as possible. The repair or exchange decision belongs to maximum alone.

 

Reimbursement service

If within 30 days after receipt of your order, you are not satisfied or if one of our products does not give you complete satisfaction, send it back to maximum for any replacement or refund. For a refund, please count 10 days from receipt of the returned product.
